Ahh this is so late!!! I have been so insanely busy BUT here is Elsie's 3 month update :)
Elsie you are THEE most smiley baby I've ever seen! Smiles right when you wake up, smiles while you're nursing, smiles when your playing, smiles at anyone who gives you attention, smiles all the time!
You are such a rolly polly; rolling from back to front and front to back. We have to watch you so closely!
You are getting so chunky; your checks and legs and belly oh mommy just wants to eat them!
You found your voice! You squeal and squawk like a crazy girl, and you and daddy see who can be louder.
You're hair is still beautiful, no bald spots and it lays down more flat now. Somedays it looks red but most of the time just light brown!
Your hands and feet are still oh so clammy
You are a mover and a shaker never stopping unless you're asleep.
You are totally a thumb sucker! (Although you will still take a binky)
You scratch mommy's back when you're getting burped
You bring SO much joy to mommy, daddy and everyone else you come in contact with!
Loves:
getting hair combed and baby massages (lotion after her bath)
Standing and sitting
Soft blankets (especially your face)
Binky/thumb
Cuddles (only when you're tired)
Scratching fabrics
Squirm the worm (rattle toy)
Tummy time (aka rolly time)
Getting complements (crowd pleaser)
Hates:
Being hungry
Being tired
Going to bed before 10:30
Bubbles in your belly
Clothes/diapers:
Mostly size 3 month or 3/6 month clothes
Size one diapers (not for long)
You still haven't laughed! But I joke that you silently laugh because you have a big open mouth grin and you move your head as if you are laughing but there is just no sound coming out!
You are mommy's best little pal and we love you so much! Stop growing :( just kidding, although it's sad that you grow so fast we LOVE seeing you learn and grow!
